Your assistant works through EWC Virtue Assist. We handle payroll and the employment side, and you direct the daily work.

A flat $10/hr. Roles that need specialist skills, such as executive assistance with AutoCAD, may be set slightly higher and we agree on it before you start.

We invoice for total hours, biweekly or monthly depending on your preference.

We do not. We source and match the best-fit person, then verify their setup and references before placement.

Keep it simple. We talk by email and meet face to face on Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you already use. Your assistant joins the same way. You can also use the tools you already work in (Slack, project software, etc.).
